Sum 41 is a pop-punk alternative metal band from Ajax, Ontario, Canada. Sum 41 is also one of the more popular punk acts worldwide, and their song Fat Lip hit #1 on the US Modern Rock charts. Every single Sum 41 album reached #1 in Canada, and have also enjoyed success in the USA, UK, Europe, Asia, Mexico, Chile, and Brazil.

Cadence Weapon - Black Hand

Rollie Pemberton, also known as Cadence Weapon, is a Canadian rapper born in Edmonton, Alberta. He began rapping at the age of 13, and released the underground mix tape Cadence Weapon is the Black Hand in 2005, and a full length album at the end of the same year. Reviews of several magazines have named Cadence Weapon as one of the artists to watch out for, and one of his albums was hailed as one of the best albums in 2006.

Buck 65 - Wicked and Weird

Richard Terfry is also a host at CBC Tadio 3, with a hosting program on the CBC Radio 3 website’s web radio station during weekdays.

Alexisonfire - This Could Be Anywhere In The World

A five-piece hardcore rock band that was formed back in 2001 in Ontario, Alexisonfire is made up of George Pettit, Dallas Green, Wade MacNeil, Chris Steele, and Jordan Hastings. The band is characterized by their use of multiple vocals - one that features melodic, soft singing, one that can be categorized as punk rock, and an explosive screaming on the other end. When Alexisonfire emerged from the underground rock scene in late 2001, they instantly impressed music critics and got a gold certification for their self-titled debut album.

Daryl Brunt - When You Believe

Daryl Milton Byron Brunt is an Ontario resident and was a contestant on the 3rd season of the hit reality shoe Canadian Idol.
